Healthy Balance


To say I have been exercising... is an understatement. This week, I am more in balance though. Last week I did 11 miles and 2 yoga classes.

This week I have focused on stretching and tried out a couple of new classes. I wouldn't know if I liked them... if I didn't try. I am watching my food, and tonight I attended an art opening. I saw the table of colorful sugary stuff and avoided it like the plague. I figured if I picked up one thing, the next would be easier, so it was easier for me to avoid it. Avoidance is one way to be successful. Focus this week on what you did right! and then build on that. I am focused on weighing only once a month, so I don't torture myself with the numbers. Eat in balance, exercise and choose inner peace.
